I had the opportunity and pleasure to meet a representative of statewide rehab incHis name is stevenI found him to be very informative, pleasant and well experience in his craftI had my entire roof replaced and my husband and I are quite satisfied with the outcome! In fact, I would consider this company again, if I'm ever in need of any major home improvement projects! Overall my experience with statewide rehab and Steven was GREAT!!!!! I would highly recommend this company!!!! Thanks Steven!!!!!

Me and my wife spoke with this gentlemen a few weeks ago about a new roof and remodeling my kitchen, even though we didn't end up doing business with him and his company he was professional and wished us the best. I am a African American and didn't experience any racial remarks or humor from Steven.

I am disgusted by the way I was spoken to by the representative for this company. I called the company to get an estimate for work on my stairs. He came in and immediately started to criticize the workmanship of the person who built the stairs over 60 years ago. he talked and talked for over 2 hours trying to convince me to sign a contract with his company. He constantly used profanity and racially biased comments that he thought was humorous, in his presentation. It took 2 hours before he would actually give me any figures. I tried to be polite and not rudely just ask him to get to the point. When I asked him to give me a written estimate and a day or two so my wife and I could talk it over, he became a little abrasive with his attitude but said he would email it to me. I never received an email. This morning he called me at 9:30 AM. I told him that I still needed that written estimate detailing the work and the cost. He suggested that he come over again and then we should sign a contract for the work and then I could use that for an estimate to submit to my insurance company. I said,"you can come over and give me the estimate but I won't sign any contracts until I decide to sign one. He became Irate and disrespectful. He told me that I was wasting his family time. He got nasty and said I wasn't truthful with him. My initial conversation with him was about an estimate that I could go over and make an informed decision. It was the most miserable experience I have ever had with a salesperson. if he represents this company, I would never consider using them for any work, ever! I also encourage anyone who's considering letting this jerk into your home,"DON'T DO IT'!!!! His only concern is going to be getting you to sign the contract and using his financing. The unprofessional jerks name is Steven Baronowitz. If this man comes to your door do not let him in. If you do , you'll be sorry. I'm not sure if the company does proper work or not but based on the professionalism of this person, I strongly question that.

Review: My husband and I hired this company for a stucco work on the exterior of our home we signed contract and borrowed a $25,000 loan that after and much extended time then promised and many frustration and headaches they almost finished, although they are some minor details that they promised to come back and finished but yet no one else has arrived to conclude the pending job. We also had a 2nd lo and and a separate detail contract for an additional $28,000 approval loan and after 3 Months of a fully executed contract when suposively someone was suppose to start the interior work the owner Mike sent someone else to view the job and determine when he was going to start he decided that the amount initially quoted with executed detail contract for over 3 Months they can not perform for that price. So why did they sign and push us to sign that contract so persistently why did they approved that loan and for 3 Months the amount was never an issue? Now we have an approval against my husband's credit I'm pregnant must do this job before giving birth because we can't be in the mid of a renovation with a newborn at home. This company charges for financial loan payments before the construction loan is even completed. They charge interest only payments with no justification . We tried to deal with them to find some way to mediate but they are so unprofessional and irresponsible. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with this company. No wonder why so many negative reviews. Please help!Desired Settlement: To honor contract since we already have a loan approved that they got us. We don't have the cash to pay another company and they are the ones who got us this loan. They have defaulted the contract and they must honor it.

In October, 2015 we agreed to complete a stucco/masonry job for [redacted] Financing was arranged with fully executed documents detailing the financing terms. Work was started and as per our agreement we received progress payments in one third stages, the last payment being due upon completion. A satisfactory Completion Certificate was executed acknowledging their complete satisfaction including additional work not detailed in the Contract and completed for no charge at the customer's request. If there are outstanding workmanship issues regarding that job, we will be happy to satisfy them accordingly.[redacted] expressed an interest in a second job which was also discussed in October, 2015 but was never approved by an authorized manager of Statewide Rehab as required and stated on our Contract. We did, however, expedite a foreman to visit [redacted] at which time it was determined that a larger scope of work was being requested and was not consistent with the Contract executed previously. Since we were unable to agree, no work was provided or consideration received. This Contract has been deemed null and void with no further obligation to [redacted]Please find enclosed the Contract and Stage Funding Form with Completion Certificate executed by [redacted]
