I am disgusted by the way I was spoken to by the representative for this companyI called the company to get an estimate for work on my stairsHe came in and immediately started to criticize the workmanship of the person who built the stairs over years agohe talked and talked for over hours trying to convince me to sign a contract with his companyHe constantly used profanity and racially biased comments that he thought was humorous, in his presentationIt took hours before he would actually give me any figuresI tried to be polite and not rudely just ask him to get to the pointWhen I asked him to give me a written estimate and a day or two so my wife and I could talk it over, he became a little abrasive with his attitude but said he would email it to meI never received an emailThis morning he called me at 9:AMI told him that I still needed that written estimate detailing the work and the costHe suggested that he come over again and then we should sign a contract for the work and then I could use that for an estimate to submit to my insurance companyI said,"you can come over and give me the estimate but I won't sign any contracts until I decide to sign oneHe became Irate and disrespectfulHe told me that I was wasting his family timeHe got nasty and said I wasn't truthful with himMy initial conversation with him was about an estimate that I could go over and make an informed decisionIt was the most miserable experience I have ever had with a salespersonif he represents this company, I would never consider using them for any work, ever! I also encourage anyone who's considering letting this jerk into your home,"DON'T DO IT'!!!!
