Half a star!
From start to finish our experience was a nightmare, John came out to our house and did his presentation, and we were impressed with the window's and ordered 21 window's in brown, but it took at least 4 to six weeks for John to call us back and tell us that the brown window had been discontinued, I told him that was a deal broker, as I don't want nor will I buy white window's on my log home. I than asked him if they had black and he said yes, so we went with the order, I WISH I hadn't! It took another month and a half or so for them to get the window's then for them to find the time to come out and install them. When the gentleman who came out to install came out, he had 3 other guys with him and 2 of them did as little as they could to work. My husband took pictures of the installation and how much putty they were installing in each window, it was so little it was disgusting. We called them and they sent an gentleman to see if our complaint was legitimate, he took pictures back that I gave him and went back and told them we had a legitimate claim, but for some reason he got fired, they than sent someone else out and I gave him the pictures through our phones and he went back, they than sent out Abraham who installed the window's and all he did when he came out is complained from start to finish, but husband showed him the pictures he took of the installation and he agreed to redo the putty installation. When originally they finished the installation, I gave Abraham an unmarked white envelope with a Cashier's Check for 28,732.00 dollars for 21 window's, I don't know where he placed the check but without looking inside the envelope Amanda had received but, who had been going through some personal stuff, shredded the Cashier's Check, my credit union was not going to issue another check unless she called them and told them what happened, When she did that, they issued us another check and we sent it to them. FROM START TO FINISH THIS SALE WAS A NIGHTMARE FOR US! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORSE ENEMY NOR WILL I EVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM AGAIN!

after the estimator came and gave us a quote the windows were installed the sales man ( Jeff Young ) WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS... called the company because they did a terrible job as far as finish, crappy caulk job, screens upside down, screws splitting trim wood . The crew came back out and rectified that situation... now that I have had the chance to use the windows, come to find out that every time you open the window for fresh air, in order to secure the windows (lock) you have to push up on the upper sash to complete the locking cycle...hummmm.😒 nothing ever explained about that at sales or installation...poor business practice if you ask me. any way called about having this issue CHRISTINE ! arranged for appointment Saturday morning the installation team manager informed me that all double hung windows have that problem. why did Christine not inform me of that instead of wasting my Saturday morning...over 6000.00 dollars I paid for substandard workmanship and most of poor customer service buyer beware!

After being disappointed on getting quotes from other impact window companies we decided to get one more from Statewide and we are so glad we didStatewide gave us the less expensive quote for the same product as the othersThey were upfront about every detail and made the process run very smoothlyThe installer crew was very professional and took care of my property like it was their ownI couldn't have asked for a better experience! We were so happy with them that we referred them to our friends and would do so again

Great company and would use them again in a heartbeat
