Their offer was to inform me no matter that I felt I was being taken advantage of I would still owe the 225 dollars per account because I also signed up for them to supply my gas at a lower rate ..which I informed that I wanted to...

close accounts because they didn't lower my electric or gas bill in any way,in actuallality they had increased my gas bill by 45 dollars over what I had orginaorig been paying also my power went up ..when asked about the reasons their only reasponse was to tell me that because I had cancelled service I would now owe over 500 dollars no matter that I didn't wish to continue service..this I was never informed of ..I personally dontd mind paying for the service they did provide but to not be happy with said service and not have any savings of any sort and not to mention I feel they completely conned me,I don't feel I should pay for something that I was completely duped into signing up for ..Thank you [redacted]
