The home was purchased using a mortgage through [redacted] , however there was no option other than Armstrong builders to build our homeThey are the primary contractors that then hired subcontractors to do the specialized workThe only payment we have on record with Armstrong builders is the $deposit to begin construction on the homeAll other financial transactions were done through [redacted] since it was a turn key lot/homeThese items would have been part of a punch list had I climbed a ladder to the second story and inspect the batten and braces for the awnings however I did not have an extension ladder nor any reason to believe that the builders could be so negligentI am hoping they act before we as a community act outside of the Revdex.com to ensure the safety of our community

RE:  Complaint ID#[redacted]   A representative from Armstrong Builders met with Mr. [redacted] at 9AM morning at his home located at [redacted], Waimanalo.  Mr. [redacted] shared all the areas of concern with ABL representative to include caulking issues, painting issues, awning hardware issues, and carpentry issues.  ABL documented and photographed issues discussed.  Mr. [redacted] used adjacent homes to demonstrate material/workmanship concerns for which he has already remedied at his home.  ABL representative informed Mr. [redacted] that information collected will be shared with management and ABL will contact Mr. [redacted] on Monday 8/15 or Tuesday 8/16 with a plan of action.   Mahalo- Danelle F[redacted] Project Engineer [redacted]
