Mr. [redacted] shared all the areas of concern with ABL representative to include caulking issues, painting issues, awning hardware issues, and carpentry issues. ABL documented and photographed issues discussed. Mr. [redacted] used adjacent homes to demonstrate material/workmanship concerns for which he has already remedied at his home. ABL representative informed Mr. [redacted] that information collected will be shared with management and ABL will contact Mr. [redacted] on Monday 8/15 or Tuesday 8/16 with a plan of action.
