We called Raintek because we noticed several homes in our immediate neighbourhood were using them. We found Raintek to be a very professional, efficient, and responsible company. Their workers hand-dug the ditches in knee-deep mud and rain. They were truly hard workers who did a thorough job...we can sleep at night knowing we will never have a flooded basement again. In addition, we were having renovations done in 2015 and required some specs on the sump pump. Even though he did not work on our drains in 2012, [redacted] went out of his way to get the information we needed. It was nice to know that Raintek was still willing to help us out.
