My company, Station Road Plantscapes, did complete a large project for *** *** last yearTo date, *** *** has an outstanding balance of over $7,000, which he refuses to pay All warranties are void until his balance is paid in full I am currently in contact with my attorney

Mike B./Station Road Plantscapes response to my complaint is a complete lie and is slanderous to my reputation by claiming that I owe him $and refuse to payI have a signed contract with Station Road Plantscapes for the work that was to be performed with the cost to do the jobI have receipts and cancelled checks that prove that he was paid in full for the work that was performed by the signed contract that we had with Station Road PlantscapesMy original complaint was for him to replace two dead trees and one dead shrub that was warranted for one yearHe is refusing to do that and Now he has slandered my reputation by saying that I owe him money and refuse to payI want him to retract that claim or he will be the one taken to court for these claimsI can prove in court that I paid him every penny per our contract
