First time shopper: Multi level floorIng that employs escalators followed with steps are difficult for elderly who uses a cane (and this was unrealized until we were up there). Had to take escalator back down and use elevators to go back up. So this took us 10 minutes to get to the grand opening restaurant.
One hour parking for handicaps is unacceptable. We were late for 15 minutes to return to the car because of limited mobility of the elderly and unfamiliarity of the area and received a parking infarction. Bad experience with underground parking (witnessed a break in) severely limits shopping enjoyment. If I was with my husband, then I'm ok parking underground.
We will never return. I will be glad go elsewhere and don't need to feel rushed or worried to get to my car, especially for someone whose priority is safety of the elderly (and ever forgetful) parents.
