Station Square Apartments @ Cosner Corner

Review: Station Square Apartments at Cosner Corner erroneously posted a negative reporting against my credit in August of 2013. I vacated the apartment on 8.22.13 and on 8.27.13 the apartment was re-rented;The company was trying to get double the rent for that apartment Knowing that they had erroneously posted that $ 2K outstanding debt against my account. They allowed it to stay there. When I contacted them to remove the adverse reporting; they refused. When I left Station Square Apartment there was an agreement for me to rent at their sister property in Florida. I attempted in Good Faith to continue to lease with them via the sister property in Florida however the Sister property did not rehab the property. I had the lights turn on as well getting cable transferred in my name. On the day that I was suppose to move in; I was disappointed and in shock. None of the things that the apartment manager told me he was going to do to get the apartment livable was done; the place was deplorable. I informed Station Square Apartment of the situation and asked them to stop the negative reporting against me since I had acted in good faith when I tried to get a lease with the sister company. Station Square is refusing to remove the negative reporting from my credit report. It is not me who have broken the lease but them by not providing the same quality of luxury living apartment at their sister company. I have contacted Stations Square Apartments as well as contact their Corporate Headquarter in Tennessee. I have not gotten any satisfaction from them. I don't owe them any money it is them who owe me a refund of the amount that overpaid in August of 2013.Desired Settlement: They need to remove the negative reporting from my credit report and refund the difference that belong to me. Station Square had an obligation to me to ensure that the apartment at their sister company was up to par and since it was not; it is them who broke the lease not me therefore I acted in Good Faith and they did not. I had utilities services established at the apartment that I thought was rehabilitated only to find that it was not.
