We were told that A Plus would be out this morning to work on our air No phone call, no one cameThey did respond to a call when we asked about troubleshooting a few days ago, but we waited around all day today for them, called their office and cell several times, but had no response

Called them around 11:am on extreme cold daySaid they would get to me around 2pmService Tech called me around 12:saying he was on the wayTwo technicians arrived at 1:pm, diagnosed and repaired the problem promptly and most surprising at a reasonable price, I was very pleased and impressed with their response as I had never used them before

A-Plus did a great job for us installing new wall units They are good on follow-up, too
