On May 31, I dropped off my Craftsman self-propelled, mulching lawn mower for a tune-upThey said it would be done in three weeks I called on June and they said it wasn't done and they would call me when it was done They didn't callI called again June and the man said he could not find the mowerHe said the man who worked on it wasn't there and he would call me the next day but he never didI went in on June and they said they have no record of having the mower and they don't have itI gave them a description and the claim ticket number but they still couldn't find it I called again on June and they said they still have no record of itThey didn't even seem to have a record of it being serviced I went back in again on July to straighten this outThey said they don't have it and I went through the whole
