Since March 2018, I have been corresponding emails with Victoria about my interest of making a bust of my wife together with myself. A few exchanged emails afterwards, I decided to proceed with the project. Victoria is fully aware of what I’m looking for and prepared a contract for me to agree upon and make deposit (half the total cost).

In early April 2018, my consent on Custom Work Order Agreement and deposit was made.

On April 25, 2018 I received a picture on “update” of the sculpture. Right away I noticed and reminded Victoria on the measurements and she didn’t and avoided answering me on the actual measurements of the sculpture.

On May 14, 2018 Victoria sent me photos showing the bust and said it’s completed.

On May 15. 2018 I responded with my comments on the bust which needed modifications and at the same time I has asked her to reconfirm the measurements.

On June 24, 2018 Victoria sent me pictures and confirming adjustments made.

On June 25, 2018 I responded to her adjustments and once again I pressed her for an answer on the final measurements.

On June 25, 2018, finally I got the reply from Victoria on the measurements which is 5” tall x 5.5” wide, but not 7” width x 3.5” depth x 4.5” tall as stated in the Agreement.
After continuous exchanged emails for a while, on August 6, 2018, Victoria finally came back confirming she could rework on the bust with the agreed dimensions but asking for an additional of US$1,000.00.

My last email with Victoria on August 15, 2018 and ask her sincerely to consider reworking the sculpture to meet the required “width” without any additional charges, as measurements are clearly stated and agreed as per our agreement. So far she hasn’t responded.
