The owner has left a message with the complainant. The owner has been out of town on a family emergency. As soon as he gets back in town he plans on calling the complainant and resolve this

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
This is the response I expected to receive months ago and it completely overlooks my complaintMy complaint is the driver had left Becker Farms without being dismissedHe did not ask if he could leave, and I did not say he could leaveIf I wasn’t going to send the limo back for my parents and grandparents, then at the very least I wanted it parked in front of the vineyard until 6:00pm because according the contract we signed, we paid to have the limo until that time
Second I am positive *** is mistaken about the timeWe were dropped off before 4:00pm, therefore leaving an hour for our wedding party’s photos and a round of drinks
Third, there was a problem with the bus we had rented for our friends and family from a different company, leaving our wedding ceremony delayed by minutesIf my limo driver didn’t take it upon himself to leave, I would have sent him back to the hotel to pick up my parents and grandparents or whichever wedding guests had missed the first bus
Fourth, the Status Limousine customer service has been atrociousI’ve gotten the run around since the start of my complaintMay I ask, when on my wedding day am I supposed to take the time to call and find out where our limo driver went? I should have expected to see him waiting out front until 6pm like my contract statedI shouldn’t have had to call anyone in that caseSo I find it ridiculous for that to even be mentioned on the limo company’s behalf
I may have a lot of complaints at this point, but my main complaint is that the driver left two hours before he was supposed to by contractPlain and simple
Revdex.com spoke with *** today and she stated that the party was dropped off at Becker Farms at 4: When *** originally booked the Limousine, he never mentioned anything about picking up his grandparents or parents He advised that they would go to Becker Farms and not use the Limo the entire time The ceremony was starting at 5:00, the driver dropped them off at 4:and at that point the driver asked them if they needed anything else and they stated no, they were all set So the driver left.After the wedding, he called and spoke with *** and then advised that he had wanted his grandparents and parents picked up, which would have been impossible anyway since the ceremony started at 5:and he was dropped off at 4: His parents and/or grandparents would have never made it in time due to the location of the event and location of where they were.If he would have contacted us after the Limo driver left, we would have instructed the driver to return, or to go to the hotel to pick up the parents and/or grandparents, but we did not receive a call

left me a voicemail all it said was to call him back at ###-###-#### which is their office. I did call them and I was told he is going to be gone until next week. I have 5 days to respond to their first response, so I reject their response. Next time [redacted] leaves me a voicemail he can say that he is sorry that this happened in the first place, that he is sorry he didn’t call me back until I contacted the Revdex.com after two months, that disciplinary action has been taken against the driver, that he is going to refund me half the cost and if he is serious about resolving this he can either give me his personal cell phone number his personal email address so I can get a hold of him.
