S.T.A.U.B. Appliance Service

This company is horrible and I would suggest never using them. We called Whirlpool for a leaking dishwasher and even though there was a miscommunication between Whirlpool and STAUB, the gentleman who came to our house was rude and shouted at my wife. She asked him to leave her home and he wouldn't leave. Then they charged us for that visit without fixing anything. They kept sending us bills over and over and kept adding late fees because we refused to pay a bill for doing nothing. I would NEVER use this company ever. They should be out of business.

Very, Very bad experience with this company. They came out twice and left immediately without servicing. I was basically pleading with him to take a look at the ice maker and the broken piece inside the housing but the guy refused to take it apart and diagnosis it. He continued to tell me it was something else even though I had already sought a second professional opinion on the matter that supported my claim. He was probably the most rude person I have ever encountered in the service industry and I actually ended up in a shouting match with him and had to ask him to leave my house. My experience is MUCH like the previous negative review on here and I have never witnessed such horrible customer service. I actually felt like it was a prank and someone would tell me that this was all a joke....Unfortunately it was not and they really conduct business like this. They also dropped my wife's phone and cracked it ($135 to fix) and charged me a $75 service fee that somehow cleared my account within minutes. This is a total scam job and they could care less how you feel about it.
