Review: Staub was sent to my home to install carpets. During this installation they pierced piping in my bedroom with a nail. We were told to contact a plumber to do an emergency repair and that Staub would absorb the cost of the repair. Now the bill hasn't been paid and the plumbing company is contacting in confusion because although Staub providing them billing information and accepted responsibility on sight they are refusing to pay the bill.Desired Settlement: Payment of outstanding debt to Star Plumbing (approximately $308)
