on September 24, my car was repossessed by Staunton tractorwhen I called to find out why it had been repossessed they told me my payments were behindi showed proof of current payments then they told me it wasn't my payments it was my insurancei showed proof of insurance then they told me
I didn't have enough insurance, the insurance was approved when I purchased the cari upgraded my insurance at their request they still proceeded to charge me $for a repossession before I could retrieve my carwhen I asked for a repossession order *** *** informed me that there never was one issuedso when I asked for a refund on my $300, salesman *** *** laughed at me and told me to take him to court

Ms *** has cars purchased through Staunton Tractor IncBoth are past due, The Mazda was behind and had been wrecked, no plans have been made by Ms *** to repair this vehicle , this car was reposed also and we were told to keep the car
The 2nd car was the acura in question
Ms *** has pd to the Sept date, Find attached repo order showing past due amount with late fees
We ask for full coverage insurance on all cars that we are the lien holder on, notice by attached insurance papers that Ms *** did not have full coverage until it was added after repossession
Both items are in default of contract

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The insurance that was on the car is the same insurance *** *** approved at purchase date Late fees in question was due to error on staunton tractors end I am still unable to view repo order for my acura due to the fact there was never one issued according to *** ***I would like to see my $credited to my acura account with documentation to prove it
The mazda account is a seperate account and I am willing to sit down with staunton tractor and make arrangements on the mazda account as we had already agreed on

I have attached a copy of repo order,  a copy of insurance showing that full coverage was added after repossession, and also a copy of contract showing that full coverage insurance is required.  All cars sold by Staunton Tractor inc that we are the lien holder on are required to have full coverage ins.  This is even more critical as we have a Mazda from Ms. [redacted] that is damaged and not fixed and was told to keep the car.  The $ 300 dollars was collected as a repo fee.  We paid a employee to be at location of a car plus pay a local tow company to pickup the cars.
