Affordable Realty Services LLC. Enclosed you will find a copy of the referenced judgment validating this debt along with our skip trace results showing the consumer as the registered agent and sole member of Affordable Realty Services LLC . Pursuant to an oral dispute from this consumer on June 10, 2015, we provided a verification of debt to the consumer that same day, which was re-sent to an updated address on June 23, 2015. lf this consumer has additional information which supports his position that the judgment is not valid we would ask that he please provide the same to us promptly for review as we take all consumer disputes very seriously. The response states, "Enclosed you will find a copy of the referenced judgment." I never got that. In addition, "we provided a verification of debt to the consumer the same day." No I never received it.

This law firm is the stupidest law firm in the world.
Affordable Realty filed bankruptcy and the original creditor was notified and they filed suit anyways.
They never showed up at the bankruptcy hearing and this debt was discharged.
The bankruptcy case is 1:11bk-XXXXX.
The law firm that handled it was Bradford & Phillips, Batavia, Ohio.
So now [redacted] & Associates is still breaking the law by contacting me.
I guess I'll have to contact the attorney general in Colorado.

We are in receipt of the consumer's rebuttal dated 8/22/15 wherein Mr. [redacted] alleges that Affordable Realty Services, LLC filed bankruptcy in Case No. 1:11bk-XXXXX; was represented by the law firm of Bradford & Phillips in Batavia, Ohio; and that [redacted] & Associates, P.C. broke the law by continuing to collect on the judgment against Affordable Realty Services, LLC. These allegations are manifestly false. Attached is written confirmation from Suellen Brafford, of Brafford & Phillips, that her law firm did not represent Affordable Realty Services, LLC in any bankruptcy filing. Ms. Brafford only represented [redacted], individually, in his personal Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding (Case No. 1:11bk-XXXXX).
Our client originally filed its collection law suit in Clermont County Common Pleas Court against both [redacted], individually, and Affordable Realty Services, LLC . Upon the filing of Mr. [redacted]'s personal bankruptcy action, our client's collection case was stayed in its entirety in full compliance with bankruptcy law. Once the bankruptcy case was discharged, our client filed a Motion to Reopen the collection case as to Affordable Realty Services, LLC only, on the grounds that they were not a party to the bankruptcy case. A copy of this Motion is attached. The Court granted that Motion. A copy of the Court's Order is also attached. The case then proceeded to judgment against Affordable Realty Affordable Realty Services, LLC. A copy of that valid Judgment has already been provided.
[redacted] & Associates, P.C. has been fully compliant with every applicable rule and regulation as it relates to collection of this valid debt. The only possible resolution of this matter by the parties would require Mr. [redacted], as the sole member of Affordable Realty Services, LLC, to discuss payment options with [redacted] & Associates, P.C. with regard to the outstanding judgment. To the extent resolving the judgment against his company is not agreeable to Mr. [redacted], this alone is not a valid basis for a complaint with the Revdex.com. We certainly do not want to waste any more of the Bureau's time on this matter. Given that there is no evidence of any wrongdoing by our law firm in this matter we would appreciate if this complaint could be closed as resolved with a finding in our favor. Thank you.
