Consumer responded via phone: Her clock is still not running and she will be contacting the clock manufacturer She has received a refund from the company

I reviewed the complaint and looked back on our records.I have a carbon copy receipt for the initial service call we did in fact perform on 5/We then returned on 5/to remove the new mechanism we had installed on 5/Unfortunately, at that time, we did not have a replacement yet and had to
