Review: The business installed a new air conditioning unit and coils in my house two weeks later the system began leaking freon inside the house. They came and recharged the unit and said they would have to replace the coils. It was all covered by the warranty. They never came back and blocked my phone calls and refused to come do the repairs.Desired Settlement: I want the coils replaced and the system repaired correctly

Review: My AC was installed on June 25th. This alone was a four day ordeal that ended with a hole in the ceiling. After finally getting the install complete, the air conditioner cannot cool as it should during the day. There was no load calculation or formal inspection before the install. I have repeatedly contacted the company over the past month to get the issue resolved. However, no solution has been reached. Most of the time they don't show up, which causes issues when someone needs to be home for the visit. I don't know if this is a lack of manpower, or simply a scheduling issue.Desired Settlement: I would like the AC cooling problems to be corrected within a reasonable time period.
