Stay Dry Roofing Company

I contacted Stay Dry Roofing back in January about a leak I was experiencing on my front porch. Paul was very prompt in his response and within 10 days came out inspected the porch and supposedly fixed the leak for which he was paid. About two months later, the leak reappeared in the exact same spot so I contacted Paul to see if he could come back out and see what the issue was. This occurred just as everything was being shut down for Covid-19, and Paul said he was a little sketchy about coming out which I totally understood. When the county moved back into the Yellow phase and businesses were allowed to re-open, I contacted Paul again, and he said he would be out within 2 - 3 days to take care of it. He never came. A couple of weeks later, when we moved into the Green Phase, I contacted Paul again, and he again said he would be out in 2 - 3 days for which he again never showed. Now he has stopped responding all together. I totally get it. Why come back out and do more work for which you have already been paid when you could be doing work for which you haven't been paid yet. Needless to say, I will never be using him again including when I have my entire roof replaced in a few years, and I'm letting everyone I know of know about his terrible customer service and that this is what they can expect if they choose to hire him
