Stay Dry Roofing

I had this company put on a new roof for me in April of 2019. This weekend while raining outside I could hear water dripping the attic. I went into the attic and video tapped the rook leaking really bad ruining insulation and wood. I talked to their Regional Manager Carl *** and he was suppose to have been on top of getting this taken care of. However, I've not heard from him today nor is he taking my calls. You would think if you are the Regional Manager customer service would be paramount in your eyes. I can't get anyone from this company on the phone. I can't get anyone from the company to give me a plan of attack on how my roof is going to get replaced. I wanted to post the video but the system will not allow it.

Referral fee payment not received. Was stated in writing by a company representative that I would be receipt of a check last week for payment of referrals in the amount of $200. I contacted the local supervisor, owner and president (***) for resolution and it appears although I received communication from the company, they are not honoring what was written and stated to me of payment of $200 and only want to make payment on half of the amount which is not acceptable and not what I have stated in writing from StayDry that I would be receiving.
