Review: I hired [redacted] from Stay Dry Water Proofing & Home Improvement to seal a leak in my basement foundation in order that I could put up my house for sale. He said that the leak was coming from outside of my house and dug down approximately three to six around the complete foundation of my house to seal and waterproof all leaks. I have a contract to this effect. I paid him monies in the amount of $25,000. to $30,000. to have this done and to this date, there is still a leak in my foundation. He had said that the contract that he gave me says that if a leak ever appears, he will come out and fix it. The last time I saw him was a month ago and he knew that the foundation still leaked. At that point, he said he was on vacation in [redacted] and would be back on November *, 2014. After a plethora of calls to him around Nov. *, he finally said he would come and look at the leak (which I recorded pictures of since he left the job site). He said that he would come back to look on the weekend of Nov. *-*. He never called or showed up and now when I call him, a recording says he is not accepting calls. There is no e-mail site for this business that I can reach him at either. I have tried texting to reach him, but there has been no response to my texts. My only recourse at this point is to lodge a complaint against this business through the Revdex.com. I just want to have this leak fixed and be able to put my house up for sale. Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to have the leak fixed or get my money back so that I can find someone else to fix the leak. [redacted] just kept trying to fix this leak by suggesting other routes to fix it, like maybe he has to take my siding off or other stuff. I cannot keep giving him money for him to experiment with my house trying to fix a leak that could lead to me losing lots of money on the sale of my house. [redacted]
