Stay Green Tree Services

Company was working in neighbors yard to the direct backyard oft house. There was no notice to us that they would be working at our fence line. As they started cutting tree branches fell into our yard. They fell onto my rose bushes. I started out politely saying 'excuse me, your branches are wiping out my roses'. His response was 'it was just one branch. We are trying t do you a favor.' Minutes later there were 2 men with tools to cut branches coming over our fence and so my dog started barking. The same man said to me - you need to call your [redacted] dog in.' My 5 year old had to hear everything he said. I was watching to be sure no other branches came down and he said to me ' just get in your [redacted] house and call your dog in'. I asked for the name of his tree service and his response was Capitol tree service. I said I'd be calling his boss and his response was go ahead I'm the owner. I looked up the tree service and it didn't exist. I had to go to the other street and get the name and number of the company off of the trucks. When I called I got his voice mail. I found he was actually the owner, [redacted], of Stay Green Tree Service. He then proceeded to climb onto my fence and placed a foot on my shed. There is debris in my yard, which had been cleaned for a party. I did not deserve to be talked to in this way and neighboring properties should be notified. Then I could have had my dog in. Also they should be responsible for their own clean up.Desired SettlementI would expect an apology for being talked to in the manner in which he did. And for doing so in front of my child.
