We have on several occasions tried to mail this consumer the requested information. When we mail correspondence to the address on this complaint, the address gets updated by NCOA to different address. The mail sent to the NCOA provided address then gets returned to us...
as “undeliverable as addressed”. There is no way for us to bypass the NCOA, so the consumer would need to update his information with the postal service or provide another way for us to communicate with him. If the consumer would like, we can fax or email (a personal, not work email address) the requested information.
Please advise how you would like us to proceed.

We have mailed an itemized bill to the address noted on this complaint on 07/**/17. We updated this consumer’s account as disputed on their credit report on 07/**/17. As requested, this consumer will no longer be contacted by our office regarding this account.
We would like this consumer to contact our office and re-authorize payments on this account. We will review all dates and amounts and re-affirm her authorization for automatic monthly payments. We look forward to assisting this consumer in resolving her account.
