We have on several occasions tried to mail this consumer the requested information When we mail correspondence to the address on this complaint, the address gets updated by NCOA to different address The mail sent to the NCOA provided address then gets returned to us as “undeliverable as addressed”There is no way for us to bypass the NCOA, so the consumer would need to update his information with the postal service or provide another way for us to communicate with him If the consumer would like, we can fax or email (a personal, not work email address) the requested information Please advise how you would like us to proceed Thank you
