[redacted]The [redacted]’s original lease had the correct amounts of $375 non-refundable and $125 refundable deposit on it. The previous property manager inadvertently switched the amounts and incorrectly stated them as $375 refundable and $125 non-refundable. I did not...

realize that when I send the initial check out to them of $77.53 because that has never been the practice. When [redacted] mentioned to me that there was a mistake, I consulted the attorney to see what should be done. The attorney advised me to see if the tenant would be willing to meet us halfway which he wasn’t. We always deduct the amount of the cleaning, carpet cleaning and touch up painting from the non-refundable portion of $375. [redacted] did patch some of the holes in the walls but they were not textured to match the rest of the wall.
