Good evening ***. We actually made every attempt to take care of this guest. First, he told his commanding/training officer that when he checked into the hotel, his room AC had no filter and when he asked for one he was told we didn't have anyThat was a lie, in fact, his AC was a
brand new unit installed the last week of May He also told his instructor that he purchased an ac filter on his own and that was also not accurate because his room had a ptac unit and I offered to reimburse him for any filter he purchased if he could provide a receipt and he did not, but instead he chose to ignore the offerLastly we made several attempts to contact the guest while he was in the hotel to speak to him directly about any concerns or issues and he ignored all requestsLastly in regards to claiming a marijuanna smell throughout the hotel, this guest seemed to only complain to his instructor and when asked to report specific locations and to report it to us in real time so that we could investigate the issue, again he ignored our requestsIn his own notes the guest resorted keeping his room window open which caused his room to be humidWe are in south Texas and had just received an accumulation of inches of rain in our city, so yes leaving his window open would only make his room humidSeveral attempts were made to contact this guest and he still ignored all attempts *** *** General Manager Staybridge Suites San Antonio Airport
