Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: St Charles Nissan was negligent in explaining the lease and that the personal property taxes were not included in the lease payment as specified on the lease contractTheir unprofessional behavior to explain how the personal property tax expense would affect me as the lessee has caused me a financial hardshipI would have not leased the vehicle from St Charles Nissan had I know or was explained to that the personal property tax was not included in my lease paymentI would have made another buying decisionI prefer to not go into their location any longer as they have a bad reputation and may customer complaintsI prefer to? communicate directly with Nissan (***) as to what occurred and resolve it directly with them as they hold the lease agreement Sincerely, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] came in on August 5, 2016.? ? ? He negotiated and agreed to purchase a Nissan Titan.? ? He wanted a Pro 4X black Titan.? ? We had a red truck with the same equipment package, but he wanted the truck in black.? ? ? We located the black truck exactly as he specified at another dealer and purchased it from them.? ? ? The truck is sitting outside on our lot, even todayHe was scheduled to pick it up on August 6; he came in and instead, backed out of the transaction.? ? ? No one has lied to him.? ? He is not telling the truth in this regard.? ? We had always been upfront that in order to locate this truck from another dealer, we would require a $non-refundable deposit.? ? The truck we purchased on his behalf is over $56,000.? On August 5, he signed a purchase order agreeing to buy the truck.? ? He signed a credit application and has been approved for financing.? He gave us a copy of his driver's license, his insurance card, and the $non-refundable deposit to secure the truck that he specified.The deposit is non-refundable and will be used to cover our expenses.? After researching this issue for our customer, we discovered that the check had been sent to her previous address We have left many messages for her regarding this complaint with no response We resent the check to the address we believe is current We will follow up to make sure it is received and that she is very satisfied Thank you!

We were sorry to hear that there was any frustration on his part There was a breakdown in communication between our sales managers and our salesman, no doubt, and for that we have apologized to him It was always a part of the transaction to completely pay his termination fees, minus the personal property tax We are forwarding a check today for $to him today After speaking to [redacted] today, we are sure that this will make him a happy customer of ours once again.Thank you,StCharles Nissan Management
