STD Books

On 7/29/20 I purchased an Ebook from this business. I received the ebook but when I attempted to open it I received an error message that stated the product was damaged and unable to open. I contacted the business right away and requested a refund. On 7/30/20 they emailed me with a google doc attachment of another ebook. I responded and asked if I could proceed with the refund since I no longer needed the book for school and the original file hadn't worked. I received another email "Why you got ebook now and want refund." I emailed a third time requesting a refund and I fell within the refund policy provided by the business. I attempted to call 3x on 7/31/20 and the phone rang and automatically disconnected. I called again 8/3/20 with no answer and received a text "I can't talk now". The business has not responded to my emails and refuses to answer calls despite the return policy.
