Review: I had a sunroom add to the back of my house, Steadfast started in Oct 2012 and completed Dec 2012. In Feb the windows started leaking, I contact the company and told them about the problem. They sent their subcontractor out to recaulk the windows they had to come back two more times. The problem was still not solved, next their subcontractor for windows came out to correct the problem. He took all the molding down around the windows and taped around them. He said that the company would send out the subcontractor to caulk the windows that been around 45 days. I have contacted the company twice and still they haven't respond back. I would like to have this problem solved as soon as possible, I have no ideal if any of the rain that we received over the past months has seeped into the walls around the windows, there is some discolorations of the paint on the window seal.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to keep their contract obligations and repair any problems that has resulted from the rains that has seeped into the room.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I still don't know if the problem is solved at this point, I will keep track of the windows and see if the rain leaks through. I will at that time be sure that the problem is fixed until then I will honor the business's response.
