Mike L [redacted] , manager, called Revdex.com to respond to this complaintHe said he is going to give the customer a total refund as well as send them a $gift card

tto come back to resolve the issue, so, I didI told the officer that I did pay and my witnesses confirmed itSo, no I'm not happy with the results

I paid for two Steak & Shake meals at the drive-through at Store *** at *** *** *** *** ** *** at about 7:pm tonight and received one meal without the two sides that were ordered I also did not receive a receipt or any listing of what we had ordered I contacted MrTristan R***, manager, and explained that I had not received these two items He asked his employees if they had given me everything and the told him that they had I told MrR*** that I wouldn't be taking the time to contact him if I had received the items He told me that even if their employees failed to give me a receipt, he could not do anything for me in the way of getting my items that I had paid for I called ###-###-#### and was told that each individual restaurant was a franchise, and their management could set whatever policies they wanted even if they didn't sound right or make sense However, I still want Headquarters to know what the franchise managers are doing
