On January 24th, 2018, at 8:42pm *** visited our store Our cashier did charge him $twice by mistake, when *** brought this to the attention of our manager, she offered to give him the $back and he refused. Instead of agreeing to taking the money he said that he will file
a complaint with the Revdex.com. I, personally, called *** the morning of 1/and left him a voice message on his daytime phone that he gave us. He has not called me back We are happy to give him the $back. We will also give him a gift certificate to come see us again

Would not provide product as agreed upon after payment receivedThe behavior and customer service at the Steak Escape in[redacted] in[redacted] was one of the worst I have ever experienced and I eat out at least 10 times a week. It appeared as though the manager was an abrupt woman who was very rude to her employees in front of customers. Also, as I purchased a drink I asked if refills were free. I was told that one refill was free. However, when I sent my daughter up there to get a refill they tried to charge her 75 cents. I then approached the counter and reminded the cashier that I had specifically asked him and he had told me that one refill was free. He then said, it's not free if you asked for no ice. He did not mention this when I asked as I was purchasing the drink with no ice and this would have been a perfect opportunity to do so. I might add that I also pointed out that this was not posted anywhere. After witnessing the unprofessional behavior displayed by the manager while waiting for my food in line, I decided that voicing my dissatisfaction to her would be futile. I honestly could care less about the 75 cents, (as a matter of fact, another customer offered to pay the money when my daughter was at the counter which was nice of the customer but embarrassing to my child) - it's a matter of principal. I felt that this was the greediest, most money-grubbing restaurant I had ever seen. I hope there is someway to relay this message to any future customers who might think about dining here-please note that customer service is not a priority- cheating and lying to their customers is their business practice. Desired SettlementIf this is the policy they should have it posted in writing. I would like a letter of apology to me and my daughter.
