[redacted]It is not truthful.  I contacted this company multiple times to resolve my concerns but have been met with no callbacks or even stood up by the sales person who gave me a time to meet with her on more than one occasion but had left before I got there on time.  Additionally I was called on more than one occasion to meet someone only to be put on hold and then told that person was no longer available or someone would call me back.  The business owner I was supposed to meet was no longer available the Tuesday after Labor Day weekend even though I was told he would be.  I realize I've been scammed as there never was anyone professional available.  This is all made up stuff. A really great sales job, however there is no truth behind any of it.  I've never been scammed before.  This is the first time.

I'm so sorry to hear that Ms. [redacted] does not like the way the Revdex.com handles reviews vs. complaints.  Unfortunately, the only real issue she addresses is how the Revdex.com conducts business.  I will, however, address the issues she does raise. We have been here to assist Ms....

[redacted] each step of the way.  The only time we have not matched her is when she requested that we not match her.  Ms. [redacted]'s statements are quite unreasonable comparing our contract to a "contract with the DEVIL".  Her claims that we are a scam are equally unreasonable.  Unfortunately, anyone can write a review on the Revdex.com site no matter how outrageous and unreasonable their claims are.Ms. [redacted] received two member approved introductions within her first month of joining.  She told us that she met the first gentleman at Zio's and he was a big talker, smart, interesting and they had a great discussion.  Under areas of improvements she said that there was nothing we could improve upon and she would like to see him again.  She elected not to meet her second introduction after talking with him on the phone.  Her membership does not go into infinity.  She purchased 8 introductions and 8 months of inactive hold time.  Her membership expires after she has received 8 introductions or has placed her membership on hold for 8 months...whichever comes first.  Ms. [redacted] placed her membership on hold on 5/31/2016.  Her membership expired on 1/30/2017...almost one year ago.  She called us on 2/1/17 and asked to asked to reactivate her membership.  Even though her membership had expired, we agreed to continue matching her on a complimentary basis.  At this point she told us that she want's anyone she is matched with to know that she is Buddhist, that she doesn't drive on interstates, and that she is a strong Democrat.  We let her know that we would keep these things in mind as we searched for a match.  On 3/27/17 she called us and told us that she wants a refund because she still has issues because of her son's death and she is in poor health and doesn't want to date.  We explained that her membership is not eligible for a refund.  She told us that she would seek legal help.On 4/11/17 she called and told us about her grief issues and how she isn't a good client because she is different from most people in Kansas City.  She told us that her attorney would be in touch.  This was the last we heard from her.Ms. [redacted]'s membership has long expired and is not eligible for refund at this point in time.

In April I had met [redacted] the sales lady with Kansas singles I explained to her that I was looking to meet somebody for companionship and she had told me how Kansas singles Works in regards to matchmaking I had filled out a questionnaire and explained to her the type of person that I was looking to...

Ms. [redacted] joined our service on 4/6/17.  She purchased a membership that entitled her to eight introductions. We called Ms. [redacted] with her first match, Chuck, on 4/14.  Both she and Chuck accepted the match making this her first introduction.  We reminded her to call us with...

feedback after meeting Chuck.  On 4/18 she called and told us she had not heard from Chuck yet.  We let her know that we would move forward with a new match and follow-up with Chuck to find out why he had not called yet. On 4/20 we matched Ms. [redacted] with Gene.  She accepted the match with Gene.  When we called Gene he informed us that he hit it off with his last match and wants to place his membership on hold to see her exclusively.  We called her to let her know that Gene was not going to be available. On 4/21 we spoke with Chuck.  He informed us that he had been sick but is better and will call her. On 5/11 Ms. [redacted] called with feebdack on Chuck.  She told us that they met for dinner and he was a very nice man.  She said she might see him again if he asked.  Under areas of improvements she said that she likes to go to games and likes jazz music and would like someone who wanted to talk about things other than his family.  She told us that she is not in any hurry for a match as she will be out of town for a while. 5/22 Ms. [redacted] called to let us know that she though Chuck was a really nice guy but she is ready to move on.  She said that she went to a wedding with Chuck and met his family.  She said he introduced her as his girlfriend and his family was asking a lot of questions and if they were getting married.  She told us she would be out of town until June 5th. 6/7 we matched the client with Boris.  Both she and Boris accepted the match making this her second introduction.  6/12 she called with feedback and said she met Boris for dinner and she was not interested in him.  She said that he calls and texts her too much. 8/23 we matched her with Joseph.  She told us that she is leaving town for vacation.  We asked her to call when she returned from vacation and we would move forward with the match with Joseph if he is still available. 9/19 she called us to let us know that she is available again.  We let her know that we would start looking for her next match. 9/26 Ms. [redacted] told us that she had gone into our office four or five times to meet our sales representative.  We let her know that our sales representative works by appointment only and when she is in the office she is typically with another client.  We let her know that our matchmaking department is the proper people to talk with about any membership concerns.  We spent time with her discussing her membership and what she is looking for.  We let her that we would take the information discussed and start looking for her next match. 11/16 we matched Ms. [redacted] with Jerry.  We left messages for her 11/16, 11/17, 11/27, and 11/29 with no return calls.  We eventually had to call Jerry to let him know that we couldn’t reach her and would match him with someone else.  As you can see, we have matched Ms. [redacted] consistently.  There have been gaps where she was not available.  However, she is guaranteed eight introductions regardless of the time frame.  Her claims of being scammed are simply without any basis in fact.  Our members are a diverse group of people.  They range from people in their 30’s to people in their 80’s.  However, the majority of our members are in their late 40’s to late 60’s.  Each member is different as to how they fit within our member database, thus the time it takes to find a match varies from one person to another.  This is why we guarantee a specific number of introductions as opposed to a time based membership. We’ve been trying to reach Ms. [redacted] for two weeks.  She simply needs to return our call and we will move forward with fulfilling the remainder of her membership.  The executed contract clearly covers refunds.  At this point her membership is not eligible for any refund. Tell us why here...

We have contacted the customer and explained to her that while there was an initial double charge, this was refunded by her bank days ago. We have sent a gift card to the guest for her issues.

I am rejecting this response because:The first date I had was more than a big talker.  He would barely listen to me and kept trying to change my mind about various subjects.  He was more than a big talker; he was taking a drug that my sister (a social worker) said was totally inappropriate for PTSD.  He would not listen to me and made assumptions about me.  For instance, he assumed I was going to move in with him in Gladstone!  I never said such a thing!  We stopped seeing each other after he said since l like cultural things like ballet and not country music,  I was like his grandmother.  We stopped seeing each other after he sent that email.  He had mapped out our lives together, none of which I agreed to.  The second declined to take me out because I told him I was a Buddhist and he blew up because of his own strong Chritianity.  These two men were supposed to be Matches.In the the contract you can  see that it refers to 8 introductions with 8 months of inactive hold time, Not that they would supply 8 suitable dates in 8 months.  My son died tragically at age 35 in May, 2016.  I never really got my grief dealt with enough to deal with any more unsuitable men.  Their  contract has the upper hand because they can send dates that are inappropriate in age, health, beliefs, anything and that's a date,  They could send a 95 year old man hooked up to oxygen!  If Revdex.com would look at the contract and sales tactics of this company they would clearly see that it is a rip-off scam.  Doesn't Revdex.com have any role in this process? Doesn't Revdex.com have any role in this process?

Review: we tried to use the ball machine and it did not work we wasted a dollar and we did not get our money back and the owner said he didn't have a key to the machine and he acted really snotty and acted like we were on are own and he did not care. the food is good but the games and machines are RIP OFFSDesired Settlement: I would like the $1 back that the machine took

Review: I arrived to my local Stake N Shake location located at 1607 County Road 220 Fleming Island, FL 32003 on 08/24/2013 at around 10:20am. Our servers name was philip and he took our order and had it entered in the computer by 10:33am. I figured we would have plenty of time to get our food and leave by 11am as I was having someone pick me and my niece and nephew up. At 10:55 [redacted] approached me to apologize for the fact that the food still had not come. I asked him if he could make the order to-go now due to the fact I wasn't going to have enough time to eat there. He agreed and I decided to get up and pay for the order at the front. The time is now 11am I paid my order and my ride is waiting outside and I notice the cook just putting meat on the grill to cook. I asked her if that was my order and she said "Yes, sorry" At that point I turned around and left without my food because I was so disgusted I couldn't speak.- I called to complain to 877-785-6745 and received a call back the next day from the locations manager. The girl sounded no older than 18 or 19... I have no interest speaking to lower management.Desired Settlement: The receipt number is [redacted] at the very least I want my $9.16 refunded to my card. I have pictures of two recipts as they had to rering the order when I went up to pay.. I can email the images if needed

This letter is to inform you that the District Manger of the store where the incident happened contacted the guest on August 25, 2013; one day after the guest filed the complaint. the guest was issued a $20.00 gift card and invited back to dine at any of our Steak n'Shake locations. The District Manager reviewed and followed up with the management team at this location regarding this incident.
