I was contacted by the Milford Steak and Steak store and this complaint has been satisfactorily  resolved with my receiving new coupons to replace the ones that were not honored. There response was due to your contact with them. Thank You

The customer's group left with out paying.  We called police and the police had them pay the bill.We will not be issuing a refund.  Thank you,John (Mgr)

We have contacted this guest by mail and provided a Gift Card as compensation for his issues. We consider this matter closed.

Mike L[redacted], manager, called Revdex.com to respond to this complaint. He said he is going to give the customer a total refund as well as send them a $25 gift card.

Review: [redacted]ATTENTION, THIS COMPLAINT IS REGARDING THE LOCATION AT [redacted]

First, after work one night, I ohlled into the drive thru and there was a supply truck parked outside unloading items. It wasn't at all in the way and normally at a drive thru, you can still order, but I was smugly told by the person through the speaker "do you see a truck out there?" I said yes and she said, well then obviously the drive thru is closed! I complained to the company and got a call from who I believe was [redacted] the manager and sou ded genuine in apology and I told him that I would like a $25 gift card because that was about the amount ai was INTENDING to spend. He said he would take care of me. A couple weeks went past, I complained that I wasn't taken care of. [redacted] said he was sorry I didn't hear anything and explained that changes werw being made there and he put in for my gift cars twice but I never got anything. He said he would send a gift card personally to my address. That was about two. weeks ago and still nothing. So I would like this complaint to remain on record for the [redacted] location until I actually get a $25 gift card in the mail. Thank you for your assistance.Desired Settlement: $25 gift card
