Steak & Shake

on 2/22/15, I pulled into steak n shake at 10:01pm. I didn't receive my order until 10:57pm. I was on my lunch break. I took a bite and my burger was cold and tasted old. my fries also was cold. The services at this Steak n Shake has been poor for at least a year now, but my last visit was the visit that would end my visits to this Steak n Shake and potentially the ALL Steak n Shakes.Not only did we have to wait 15 minutes at the window for our food, but when we were given our bag of food the bag was all crumble and torn and all the fries were emptied out the fry boxes into the bag. I am not sure if my bag was dropped and the fries were thrown back into the bag or what happened. I said to the young lady at the window "Ma'am my bag is torn and all the fries are all dumped out the cups. She looked at me with a straight face and unapologetic look and said "What? You want some more?" I was in complete disbelief that I was being treated the way I was being treated. I said "No!" and pulled off. However, this was not the first time I have received poor service here but this was the worst. For the last 5 years I have went to Steak n Shake and [redacted] because they had excellent customer service. I can now take Steak n Shake off that list.
