As we have previously stated Curtis R [redacted] was not authorized to accept credit cards on behalf of Steaks ExpressWe submitted all these records to the Moore, Ok police department to file charges against Curtis R***The customer was informed of this at the time and advised to follow up with the Moore, OK police departmentA refund was offered upon return of the product that was deliveredNo product was ever returned and no further contact from customer Any questions, you may call me at [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: There have been absolutely NO messages regarding this matterI assure you they would have been promptly returned!

the salesman explain to us about how the company works and not how he does and we accepted his response on that statement, it does not state anywhere that the company would not hold a check

I have talked with Joanna on several occasions with the promise to call me backI have had to call her each timeShe told me she was trying get a truck scheduled to pick the product upI have talked with her every other day since this complaint was filedBut the product is still hereI have
talked with the salesman, Dennis L*** two or three times who said it was up to companyI have talked with Tom I guess is the manager who said he told Dennis to pick up the meatJoanna told me today that Dennis would need to pick up product and refund moneyDennis called me at approximately 4:15pm today and said Joanna told him he needed to pick up productHe said he was in Wilmington today but the would pick up the product and refund my money on Friday 09/23/or Saturday 09/24/I asked could he pickup the meat today as he would come by the house on the way to officeHe said he did not have the money to refund todayI am inclined not to believe any statement made by anyone from this businessBut I would be satisfied if I can get my refundSatisfaction Guaranteed on their brochure needs to be removedIt should not take a month to clear up a issueNo one should be put on hold and a business should abide by what is saidMy patience is wearing thin and I am wits endI cannot get a satisfactory answer without a threat of going to small claims courtIf you can get a better answer I would appreciate itThese people will not return a phone callLast time I talked with Joanna was today who said now the salesman is responsible, not Steaks ExpressIT seems to me the business is responsibleCourt is not the answer, Honesty and abiding by what you say is what mattersI am not pleased with this situation by no meansThanks for you assistance in this matter

Ms***, I talked with Joanna at Steaks Express on 09/15/She informed me that Dennis L*** the salesman is responsible for the refund since it was a cash saleI talked with Dennis on his phone *** on 9/17/He said he would be here to pick up the meat on 9/23-24/He called me Saturday 9/24/said his truck is broke down and would I be home on Tuesday or Wednesday 9/27-28/
My response is I will be home Tuesday till 2:00PMI fill like they do not want to honor their part or their statementAll I have heard is passing the buckTom the manager said he had told Dennis to pick up the meat on the first weekJoanna said they were trying to get a van to send someone to pickup the meatI had agreed to meet the drive miles from my home, then Joanna said on my next call that the salesman would need to handle thisThis was on 9/16/16.To my understanding, Satisfaction Guaranteed, means the business is responsibleIF this is true the company would do whatever is needed to satisfy meWith the promise from Dennis this time I wonder If he does not show up on Tuesday I feel I will need to take them to small claims court as They do not want to resolve this matterI will let you know what happens on 9/27/by 2:30pm

Mike B*** was an Independent contractor who purchased meat from us on a consignment basisWe have a policy of no hold checks and no post dated checksThe check was received for product that was delivered to customerThe check was received on the day the product was deliveredThere was no
indication on the check that the customer was expecting us to "hold" the check for a period of timeHad this been the case, the transaction would have been voidedWe can not be responsible for the bank charging individuals for writing checks without having the money in their account to cover the checksAny questions, you may call me at ***
