have already responded to this customerOur email to her after she placed her order specifically stated that we ship within business days, but we do not promise that she will receive her order within business daysWe are a small company who just opened this year, and are not yet able to offer overnight shippingAll of our other customers have understood the phrase "we ship within business days" to mean that we have days to pack their orders and drop it off at the post officeShe is the only one who did not understand this wordingWe reached out to her, but she is uncooperative and has also left nasty comments on our social media pagesWe try to always make our customers happy, but there are a few who you just can't please.

All of our other customers have understood the phrase "we ship within 3 business days" to mean that we have 3 days to pack their orders and drop it off at the post office. She is the only one who did not understand this wording. We reached out to her, but she is uncooperative and has also left nasty comments on our social media pages.
