These are Mystery boxes and are always randomWithout knowing exactly what products were received it's hard to put an exact value on it, but here's what the box is worth based on what was listed in the complaint : - Wood pieces/matching papers (from a top brand in paper crafting) - $https://scrapbook.steals.com/p/3022907/echo-park-paper-co-flower-blocks-wood-di...⇄ Kraft paper roll - $https://scrapbook.steals.com/daily/deal/id/3012705/little-b-accessories- more sheets of paper - $10.00- embellishments approx$each totaling $(depending on the embellishments)- dies ranging from - retail depending on what the customer received Totaling this up makes the box worth at least $for only $19.99, which is a great value even without the wood block It is apparent that this box had more dies than paper/embellishments, which take up less room and weight but have a higher retail value Steals.com offered to refund the purchase via in-store credit and allowed the customer to keep the products even though it is very clear that we don't accept returns or exchanges When that wasn't enough, Steals.com refunded her credit card in full and still allowed her to keep the products Steals.com will not accept Mystery Box orders from this customer moving forward

$24.99 https://scrapbook.steals.com/p/3022907/echo-park-paper-co-flower-blocks-...⇄ Kraft paper roll - $8.99 https://scrapbook.steals.com/daily/deal/id/3012705/little-b-accessories- 10 more sheets of paper - $10.00- 5 embellishments approx. $4 each totaling $20 (depending on the embellishments)- 2 dies ranging from 9.99 - 26.99 retail depending on what the customer received.  Totaling this up makes the box worth at least $83.99 for only $19.99, which is a great value even without the wood block.  It is apparent that this box had more dies than paper/embellishments, which take up less room and weight but have a higher retail value.  Steals.com offered to refund the purchase via in-store credit and allowed the customer to keep the products even though it is very clear that we don't accept returns or exchanges.  When that wasn't enough, Steals.com refunded her credit card in full and still allowed her to keep the products.  Steals.com will not accept Mystery Box orders from this customer moving forward.
