I was trying to help a friend who wanted to renovate her bathroom and discovered there was black mold in the shower area I called Rainbow Restoration, spoke with Chris, and he came out the next day to do an inspection He had an estimate prepared the following day, sent a crew out by the end of the week, and the work was done in just one day Promises were made and kept and my friend is very, very pleased with this company She highly recommends Chris and his crew for a job well done

We have used Rainbow Restoration twice nowThe first job was in November and involved a water loss from a washer upstairsIt leaked down through to the first floor causing quite a bit of damageThey came right over, assessed the situation and worked with us for over a month to mitigate the issueThey worked with our insurance company and saved us a lot of money
The second experience was in December and involved a burst pipe and mitigation in crawl spaceAlso when cutting out dry wall to replace the pipe we found mold damageRainbow cleaned out the crawlspace, repaired and replaced the soil and vinyl, and cleaned out the closet where the mold was growing
They did a great job both timesThey are friendly, honest, and hard-workingI would highly recommend this company

"MARGIN: 12.25pt 0in 0pt">Ms[redacted] purchased the Chevrolet Malibu with VIN 1G11B5SA5DFon October 10, from CarplexShe paid two deferred down payments of $each on October 16, and October 30, totaling $1,in down payment to CarplexThe language Ms[redacted] referenced in the contract about a day grace period actually reads "Late Charge: If a payment is more than days late, you will be charged $17.00", and can be found on page of the Contract in the "Truth in Lending Disclosures" boxContractual payments are expected to be made on or before the due date, and the reference for this expectation can be found on page of the contract under "Default"It reads, "You will be in default on this Contract if any one of the following occurs (except as prohibited by law): AYou fail to make any payment under this contract when due." Ms[redacted] became delinquent on her first contractual payment due to American International Finance, Inc(due November 13, 2015), and therefore breached the contractCarplex acquired the collateral, and subsequently voided the contract on November 19, After restocking and repair fees were taken into consideration a refund check #of $was offered to and accepted by Ms[redacted]See attached supporting documents Ms[redacted] signed when accepting said refund check

Rainbow helped my family out with repairs after a moderate electrical fire in a single family house that we own in the early fall of 2015. They were quick to act and worked much more quickly and did a better job than most other contractors I have worked with. With this job, there was drywall repair, painting, electrical repair, and hardwood floor polishing. All were done well. The staff were nice and the customer liaison was very clear and kept us well informed. The estimates were clear and jobs were done within budget. They worked very well with our insurance company and so saved us much bother. I would definitely use them again based on my good experience with them.
