Dear Maria Garcia:In regard to the letter of rebuttal from Mr. [redacted], I am sorry but Mr. [redacted] is not telling your office the truth in regard to his date of service. Mr. [redacted] had service performed on the 7th of October, NOT the 11th of October as he has stated. When he thought that he was calling on the30th day it was actually day 36 the 30 day guarantee was actually already up by 6 days and had expired on Monday the 6th of November.My manager Chris agreed to give a "courtesy" redo by returning FREE of charge to resanitize the bedroom area as that is what his complaint  was.My company "DID" honor my 30 day warranty and then some. Mr [redacted] is entitled to nothing more and I really do not appreciate his "FALSE ACCUSATIONS" against my Manager Chris or my technician Austin. I am closing my file on this matter and I EXPECT the Revdex.com to reflect that the warranty was expired.

I would like this reflected as bad customer service at a minimum.  The pre-treat was completed by the technician on both rooms on the first visit so not sure the difference of prices but there was a pre-treat.  $30 is not the biggest deal it was the fact that the manager still till...

this day has never called me back and explained the charges as the office rep said she would.  I would have been grateful for a call back and to not continue to call over and over for weeks and never getting the common courtesy of a phone call back.  I was told she would look up the receipt once she returned from her family emergency and never a response.  Again, that is my main complaint more than the $30 at the end of the day which she never even addressed in her response on 6/9. [redacted]

To Whom it May Concern,This is a response regarding the complaint from Tina [redacted]’ carpet cleaning on 8/12/16. She received 4 rooms of carpet cleaning at $6.95 with pretreatment at $.25 per square foot as well as sanitization at $.25 per square foot at 475 square feet. She also received a 25%...

discount on her service as a first time customer. The cleaning was performed and authorized by her at the time of service with multiple signatures. She claims our work van was not up to her standards and that our carpet cleaning machine was not what she wanted. We use portable industrial machines with similar pressure (psi) as truck mounted units and she claims we did not steam clean her carpet. Steam cleaning is a generic term used for hot water extraction. We did not invent the term; it is an industry-standard term.Miss [redacted] called our company to complain about the service and the condition of her carpet. We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days and were more than happy to send out another technician to redo her carpets and to make her satisfied. She declined and was was extremely combative and claims she spoke to an owner and that he was very rude. I am the owner of the company and I am a female so I highly doubt she talked to me. I have left several messages for her to resolve this issue with no response. She is alleging that my coupon is a bait and switch, which it is not. I have clearly listed all of my prices and she was fully aware of this and signed off on the cleaning at the time of service.In conclusion, we will still honor our guarantee even though it is long past 30 days. We are willing to send a truck mount if she desires or we do have our potable industrial units. We have done nothing wrong or unethical. --Regards,

well it is very clear that your “technician” lied to the manager named “Chris” I have video of my conversation with the technician. Clearly this company chooses who to believe when it’s convenient for them. In regards to the “original” document provided, yes the company performed a “decent” job but once agin this “manager” misses the point, the job called for a 30 day guarantee, it was not honored clear and simple. And as far as the racial remark that’s hilarious, I didn’t know this company does race baitIng. How outlandish, and the accusation of “assault”? Even more humouros, my home is monitored with cameras inside and out. Stop lying “Chris” or whoever you call yourself. This company prides it’s self of bait and switch, zero guarantee and now lying.

[redacted] who was way out o£ line with the way he treated my technician.I have enclosed a copy o£ the "post cleaning questionnaire"for your review. Please note the customers comments "HE WAS NICE AND INFORMATIVE AND DID A GREAT JOB. OUR CARPET LOOKS BEAUTIFUL AND BRAND NEW. WE WILL DEFINATELY USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE".I guarantee all workmanship £or a period of thirty days, if this is how my serviceman gets treated when I am going above and beyond my 30 day warranty period I will NEVER provide free services after the warranty expires again.I WILL EXPECT THIS COMPLAINT TO BE REMOVED FROM MY PERMANENT FILE AS THERE IS ZERO JUSTIFICATION FOR IT BEING FILED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
