Steam Pro Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I purchased a living social to give this company a tryIn my life, i've never been treated with such disrespect by someone i'm paying for servicesAnd further, when the technician reviewed the job, he recommended as additional $dollars in services!!!!! Things such as pre-treating, scrubbing the grout, deodorizing, etcMost of these service features are included with *** *** standard feeDue to Steam-Pro's business practices and the disrespectful behavior of their employees, I do not recommend this company

Used Steam Pro today & owner [redacted] came to do the job. We had [redacted] coupon for steam clean with free deodorizer 5 rooms & hall $84.95. Yes we have heavy soiled traffic areas, also have [redacted]'s [redacted] for [redacted] which is guaranteed to clean well. [redacted] tried to sell an additional $60 deep clean charge which we declined. He rushed thru cleaning basically just wetting down carpet with cold water then said since we did not purchase deep clean then that's all fault carpets remained dirty. After letting him know I was unhappy he then did clean the Playroom carpet but that was it. Out $116.97 and carpet in playroom STINKS soo bad almost triggered ASTHMA attack!!! Had to use inhaler and leave home while fanning room. I can live with everything but the back stairs I paid $22 to clean and he cleaned one step to show it could be done but NOT the others!! I even offered to pay him more $ just not to waste my time having to have another company come out and clean behind him, he refused said it was too late and that I was too busy talking about my "[redacted]'s [redacted] to listen to him. BOTTOM LINE: USE [redacted] OR [redacted] IN FUTURE FOR CLEAN CARPETS & REPUTABLE COMPANY
