From our notes, the customer in our system with this name purchased a steam shower from Home Depot on 2/28/17 and 6/23/17 requested for a new drain.

Review: I bought a vanity from a big box store from a few years ago. The unit has sat in my bathroom ever since awaiting for it to be remodeled and installed. When I originally received it, I inspected it for any shipping damage and it appeared to be fine. About a week ago, the unit was installed only to find that the unit was built to sub standards and had gaps on either side from being built uneven. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that the unit - despite stating on the first line of the description that it was built with solid oak - had major structural pieces built with particle board. When speaking with their technical support and their run-around answers, I was told that the normal units are not oak and that I was shipped a different one. When I said I paid for a solid oak unit and not a cheap particle board unit, I was told that since it was two years ago since I purchased, there was nothing they could do.

Given the nature of my phone conversation and the misguided answers, the lack of company information in and on the box the unit came in (I had to contact the hardware store to find out who the vendor was), and the poor quality of the unit itself, it is my conclusion that this company is simple importing substandard bathroom furniture and passing it off as higher quality furniture with false advertisement.Desired Settlement: I either want a properly built replacement that is the actual solid oak unit that I originally paid for, or a complete refund if that is not possible.

Review: On April 20, 2015, I had a delivery attempt made for the steam shower I had ordered. The package's tape that said, "if tape is broke inspect packages contents before signing ticket", was broken in a couple places (I have pictures). I read the delivery ticket and it said to inspect all contents of package before signing for the delivery. The driver said that I wouldn't be allowed to do that. I then spoke to [redacted] with atlas int and she told me to decline shipment of the package. I did. And from that point on either no one has called me back or I have been given the run around and then told to just accept the package. When I read atlas int website guidelines for delivery it says to inspect all contents before signing for the package. Since then I have been talking to [redacted] she has told me I would receive a full refund, then days later she told me that I would be charged $360 to not accept the package and have it returned. I no longer trust anything that I am being told from this company. I filed a dispute with my credit card. I told [redacted] this when she told me I only have two options, either accept the package as is or take a $360 fine from them. I just want all my money back. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. I am glad that most of my correspondence with this company has been through email.Desired Settlement: I just want my full refund that I was told I would get.

I bought an Ariel steam shower from steamshowersinc.com. 5 years and 3 months after buying it the shower unit went on FIRE causing damage in my home. The investigators determined the fire started from the steam shower. My homeowners insurance covered all the damage except for the steam shower since it was determined that again THE STEAM SHOWER UNIT CAUSED THE FIRE. I have called Atlas (parent company) and steamshowersinc over 10 times with NOT ONE RETURN PHONECALL. I am only looking to get another unit (different model) from them. I feel they should stand by their product and AT THE VERY LEAST RETURN A CALL. I call and of course can speak to the salespeople since that line answers right away BUT OF COURSE THEY CAN'T HELP YOU WITH PROBLEMS THEY CAN ONLY SELL YOU PRODUCTS.

WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH STAY AWAY!!!
