I am rejecting this response because:
When Stuart apologized to me , he did not own that he was wrong and he wanted to make the wrong person the salesman , and it was apparently Sturt fault , hence I did not accept his apology .as a dealership you should also get continuous communication with BMW about mileage and the clients satisfaction and to be up to the level of prestigious BMWalso as a dealership you should have explained to clients that the payments should not be in credit , there was no way to me to know about that if I did not sign papers , you should not assume that clients know I think I should submitted further complaints about his dealership at federal level to make them honor their relationship with clients
