Paid them to clean my couch, but made a huge stain
I paid steamatic to clean a white couch only from drywall dust. and to clean two rugs. They made a large stain on the pillow of my white couch and made it worse when trying to clean it. Owner came in my house and called me a liar and said they cleaned my couch and the stain was already there. The workers admitted they made the stain when they came back the second time. I have a photo of my couch before they came that shows it white and clean without the stain. The owner threatened me in my own home and made me feel unsafe and I asked him to leave. He continued to stand at my door and call me a liar. Terrible way to do business.
I want my money back and I want my cushion to be replaced. Or they will need to replace the couch to make this right. The cushion looks worse since they have tried to get the stain out that they got in the cushion. I have pictures to show if there is somewhere to send them.
Ms. hired Steamatic to clean a white sofa and a couple area rugs. When the guys were finished she was very happy even gave them a tip. Then mysteriously this cushion that wasn't with the couch shows up said that we did not clean. There was a greenish spot that my employee could not get out. So he brings it back to the shop and I work on and I get it just about completely out I'd say about 80%. Went back to her house this is for the 3rd time to look at and touch up any other issues that might be there. She was very aggressive and demanded a refund and to replace the couch. My guys got kicked off her property on the second trip for trying to fix a problem. We don't know where the spot came from and we don't have anything that color. It most likely was caused by her kids and she was upset that we couldn't get it out. It is also strange that there was no other spots on the entire couch that were in like and kind. The cleaning charge stays and were done. She said that I called her liar. What I did say "I don't think your being totally Honest with us." This person was uncontrollably aggressive and demanding. We've done all we can do. I wish there was a "Better Consumer Bureau", she would have made it on the list. We do have all the text's that were sent back and forth with written statements from the employees that dictates the consumer's tone.
