Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] [In the response from the owner, she states " my employee informed me last week" The " employee" is her sonI stopped at the business the following weekendI was simply told " mom wasnt around" The first time, I left my cell phone number and nameI never received a call The following weekend, I stopped again, and was once again told " mom wasnt around but she is looking in to it" I was never asked for more inormation or told when mom might BE aroundI called multiple timesI have cell phone records for the callsI also have someone who travels with me on Saturdays and Sundays, when I work on MDI, who witnessed every single encounterI never presented the "employee " with paperwork on my checking accountNot that I would have, because I would have wanted to give that to the office manager...but none was ever asked for eitherThis was not a case of a debit card " hold" as the " hold " is still there, a month and a half laterI have no interest in battling back and forth on thisThis happened to me, and these people need to be held accountableI am too offendedCustomer service professionals they are not.Simply put, they have a little of my moneyPut it back and we are good at this point Regards, [redacted] ***

My employee informed me, I believe, last week concerning a "double charge" of $on the credit or debit card of *** ***. He informed her that he could not do anything about it as he is only an employee and that she needed to come in when I, the owner, was there. She presented him
with paperwork but would not leave a copy for us to view and, if a double charge had taken place, to correct the matter. She came in again and also called several times and each time was not willing to follow the procedures for settling the matter. My employee got rather frustrated because she did not seem to understand that he could not rectify the matter. He tried to explain to her when I would be at that store, but she kept saying that timing did not fit in her scheduleNeither did she leave any contact information so I could call her and arrange a time for us to meet. If she had left the paperwork, I could have researched it, but without that I cannot find if she was indeed double charged as stated. My husband and I have been in business for years and to insinuate that we could be "doing" this for our own personal gain is very insulting. That being said, with proper paperwork we could easily look up the day and time and find out what actually happened. Many times, with "debit" cards, this issue comes up because some cards pre-authorize an amount and so on-line it does indeed look like the charge was doubled but we have learned that the pre-authorization charge drops off their statements after hours. My employee tried to tell *** *** this as well but she apparently would not listen. She even stated to him that it was not the amount but the "principle" of the matter. I do not know where we go from here, but I assure you, we have excellent customer service and are well respected in the communities where we have our businesses.
