Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/04) */ Well I really can't beleive how this customer could go this far after I explained everything I would charge her for and after the $I took off the bill to clean her entire home with our deep clean method as well as steps and a complete pet dedorize in the entire home as well as dedorize again after cleaning As a business owner I am at a complete loss of words how I gave her a $cleaning for $she complained about the price I droped it to acomadite her to earn her business and she wants me to performe Magic on a carpet that is over years old and vary worn I sucked over pounds of dog hair out of her carpet and she got on her hands and knees with a magi ivied glass looking inbetween fibers tells me dirt was left in her carpet after cleaning it for and a half hours doing a deep clean using the best equipment on the market as well as chemicals sold I tried leaving at first cause she was actin crazy and I am just a small business doing great work and service but this lady would not be reasonable I am sure there are people that have meet peoelike this no matter what I did there was no making this lady happy she wants to take advantage of a business and she certainly did with my company All I can say is good luck to the next service company you will wish you would had never done anything for her Our policy is we do not return any money after a job was done especially after a $discount This is the most ungrateful person I have ever met Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/08/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Hello ** ***, I am the owner and I have viewed your complaint and HONSTLY not to many people have us do a job, agree to the price and work than at the end of the job after the work is completed and after watching my guy clean EVERY VENT AND DUCT right in front of you refuse to pay for the
service you ordered I tried to satisfy you with a follow up appt to come back and inspect or reclean any the the vents you were questioningYou refused to pay us after hours of cleaning on a Sunday at your request and I told you I would personally come back to look at the issue you were haveing but you refused and told us you didn't think they were clean sir you watched us do our job and refused to do the right thing and pay us so yes you have been sent to COLLECTION and this will report to your credit and eventually I will be paid for the job this guy is bashing me on the Revdex.com website for no reason at all I kindly asked him to pay the bill when we were done and I would reschudle the appt to come back and take care of any issues but the customer did not accept the terms of the agreement that I suggested so I have sent this customer to collections I would guess this isn't the first time the guy has done this to a business and I strongly doubt it will be his last I have noted in my data base to never do a job for him or his family! I hope this takes care of the report and being honest I don't understand why I am dealing with this anyway espically after my company doing everything we could to resolve it with out going here and I can HONSTLY say I AM THE VICTOM OF THEFT OF SERVICES in this case please let me *** know his bill is in collections and it will go on his credit report!!!!

When calling our credit card provider to challenge the charge, we were astonished to learn an amount of $847.99 was charged against our account however the total invoice amount was $837.30. Further making the charge fraudulent.   There is damage in my home as well. There were no corner...

protectors used, as is customary when cleaning carpets and dragging hose through a home so my molding is now damaged.   No shoe covers were worn and the operator came and went from the outside in with no foot protection in my entry way and these shoes were worn on freshly wet carpet.

As a business owner I am at a complete loss of words how I gave her a $800 cleaning for $600 she complained about the price I droped it to acomadite her to earn her business and she wants me to performe Magic on a carpet that is over 10 years old and vary worn I sucked over 40 pounds of dog hair out of her carpet and she got on her hands and knees with a magi ivied glass looking inbetween fibers tells me dirt was left in her carpet after cleaning it for 2 and a half hours doing a deep clean using the best equipment on the market as well as chemicals sold

His response did not accurately (or grammatically) answer the complaint. The complaint is about the rip-off with direct mail coupons, which he does not honor. And the warranty issue. I am rejecting this response because:The business owner [redacted], did not truthfully state the facts.  He never contacted me after my initial complaint to him over the telephone.  He never did contact to offer any improvements or a solution to the problem.  I am only withholding payment because the job was not done in a professional manner the way he promised all of his jobs are completed.  I am not able to complete this payment because business owner never tried to make it right.  His only response was that it didn't matter, that he would take me to collections to not only make his money, but to collect interest.  He was very happy to state this fact.  [redacted] obviously never had any intention of doing a quality job expected from a professional business.  Why would he even bother, when his automatic default and practiced answer was that he will get his money one way or another, as he always does. It is obvious by [redacted]'s response to my original complaint that he is unable to conduct himself in a profession and educated manner! It is my fault for choosing [redacted]'s company.  Researching after the fact, I was shocked to see the astronomical amount of complaints against [redacted]'s company in their lack of professionalism, quality of work, and integrity. It is my hope that my complaint causes the Revdex.com to take action on [redacted]'s business so that no other customer will be duped by him.
