Steath Interactive Media Inc. Reviews (1)

Stealth dealt constant delays, and was not supportive or successful in the development and design of my website as promised. I have had to spend numerous hours to constantly follow up on, organizing, and reviewing - numerous emails and information, regarding development or design that were delayed, incomplete, or unacknowledged. I am requesting half of my initial deposit returned, $1167.10 which hardly compensates myself for 4 months of lost time and office costs. For future reference, I found it extremely unprofessional that my initial contact and part owner of Stealth Interactive Media had personally ignored every attempt I had made to reach out and communicate through out the 4 month process, therefore helping me to solidify my decision to disolve the business relationship. The owner in question did finally contact myself after receiving my final request to discontinue my relationship with Stealth, however by then I was thouroughly frustrated and uninterested in continuing on in my dealings with them.Product_Or_Service: Website development and designOrder_Number: n/aAccount_Number: no number assignedDesired SettlementPartial reimbursment for lost time and services not rendered. I am requesting half of my initial deposit returned, $1167.10 which hardly compensates myself for 4 months of lost time and office costs. However it is what I would be willing to settle for as the Stealth Website Developer I was dealing with did have minimal time invested in my website. Business Response Dear Revdex.com,Stealth Interactive Media received the above-referenced customer complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond. Specifically, this client has put forth accusations that response times to requests weren't received in a timely enough manner. This client is requesting a partial reimbursement of their first milestone payment for "lost time and services not rendered".Account research regarding this complaint shows a strong opposing view to these allegations. This client approached Stealth with a very small budget for a large website and has refused to work with Stealth on multiple occasions to develop content and provide feedback on the development their website. Here is a timeline summary documenting the correspondence:TIMELINE SUMMARY:January 17, 2014: Contract Signed - Stealth employee helps client come up with a catchy name for clients new business ([redacted]) and helps them register it free of charge. They declined to provide Stealth with any content or feedback.2. They cancelled multiple meetings last minute that are necessary for Stealth to develop their website properly.3. The client refused to allow Stealth to resolve any issues and instead chose to cancel their signed contractual agreement in the middle of the development process.4. In the first line of the contract this client signed and initialled ([redacted]) it states: "In the event of cancellation of this project, based on the prorated portion of the final payment and expenses already occurred, shall be paid by client in question"Stealth has spent considerable time and effort attempting to resolve these issues with this client but they have always refused. Based on the terms and conditions of the signed agreement, Stealth can pursue legal action to obtain the remaining balance owing on the contract ($3,076.90 plus tax, late fees and incurred administration expenses). This is the last thing Stealth wants to do, however, if this client keeps pursuing these false allegations, counter measures may be the only way to maintain Stealth's outstanding reputation.[redacted]
