Please see attached invoicing for this member As you can see he was only billed for days of equipment as he stated he should have been - please note when it says each that means fans for days in that room If it says each that means there was only fan in that room for days therefore he was only charged for days for all of the equipment in the home Please see photos with DH's in his home Please note from the invoicing that we also did not bill for a DH in his garage as he should not have been billed - they do sometimes place a dh in the garage when there are contents that can be dried Also please see in the invoice we DID NOT bill for the repair of a roof or the repair of the cabinets We did not do reconstruction work at the home we only did mitigation services and clearly our invoice did not include any charges for Also we have any records that he might need on this claim and they were emailed to him back in June of this year This complaint appears to be in retaliation of us trying to collect on the services we preformed for over months and finally having to send an intent to lien This member also signed a COS attached Please feel free to contact us if you need anything furtherWe have many more photos and documents to upload but it will only allow us attachments
