The issue with the roof was that shingles had flipped over from high winds in the area either November winds that came with the hail storm in Creve Coeur or December high winds that wee in the O'Fallon, StCharles Area. Had numerous calls for shingle repairs. The shingles
were flipped over not sliding down. This shows a wind issue. The shingles are placed as they were just as installation. The shingles were flipped back over, had sealed and renailed. The shingles are in excellent condition. Our roofers are professional and know what they are doing. Warranties do not cover Acts of God. (Hail storms, excessive winds, tornados, ice damning etc.....). He was not charged!Regarding the other issues. If I remember correctly this had nothing to do with the installation of the roof. It was a gutter issue on the front porch roof. The other issue I do not know!
