Review: Was promised Headstone would be done by end of Oct.when approached was told person in charge left the company and went to florida.Finally got a drawn on 11-27-13..Had no more contact till I called in May left several messages,no return calls..finally had to call the Ambrige store to see if they could help methen daughter had to intervene and stone was put in within a weekvery disappointed in the way I was treated in one of the most difficult times of my life. It would of been one thing if the commutation was there , but it wasn't. We were told one month and never had it put till 8 month later with no contact on their end.Desired Settlement: Would like some kind of discount on the headstone due to the fact that we would told it would be put in by Oct. and was never informed of their delays. Was never put in until 8 months later with no apologize. We are not asking for a refund but something should be done on their part for their 8 month delay with out informing us the client.
